We specialise in the fabrication of all types of steel framed buildings including clear span portal framed buildings. we fabricate all our structural steelwork at our Lockerbie fabrication facility, we do not supply buildings manufactured by other companies. Robinsons construction department will erect your building complete with foundation bases if required.

Supply
We specialize in the manufacture of all types of steel framed Industrial building including Waste Transfer stations, Retail units, Warehousing, Transport depots and various other types. We also manufacture all types of Agricultural building including Grain stores, Potato Stores, Cattle buildings, General purpose stores, Hay barns and Equestrian Buildings. The Industrial and Agricultural portal frame structural steelwork is detailed and manufactured at our workshops in Lockerbie. All buildings are supplied complete with any type of roofing or cladding material. These can be single skin plastic or polyester coated steel sheets, profile 6 fibre cement sheets or composite panel sheets. Insulation can be double skin sandwich construction or insulation combined with the outer sheet as in a composite panel.

Steelwork Design
All our buildings are designed and detailed using the latest computer software. Autocad and Tekla Structures(Xsteel)are used to produce accurate detail drawings for our fabrication workshop. All buildings can be provided with certificates and design to BS5502 or BS5950 by qualified Structural engineers.
