Cubicle Shed
We have pleasure in providing an estimate for a Steel Framed Building:
Length 30.480m (100`), Width 15.240m (50`), Eaves Height 4.267m (14`), Roof Pitch 15º.
With a 1.371m  (4`6``)  Cantilever to one side.

Steelwork:
To supply for erection on prepared site and concrete foundations, steel portal frame 6.096m (20`) centres with 254 x 146 x 31kg UB stanchions and 254 x 146 x 31kg UB rafters.

Both gable frames to have 3 no 178 x 102 x 19kg UB intermediate sub stanchions. Including CHS rafter bracing to one end bay, complete with knee bracing to eaves.

All steelwork to be hot dipped galvanised.

Purlins:
To supply 225 x 75 tanalised timber purlins bolted to frame at 1.375m centres. Eaves beam to be 225 x 75 tanalised timber.

Roof Cladding:
To supply Profile 6 reinforced corrugated natural grey fibre cement sheets laid in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Ridge to be alternating close fitting and ventilating crown cranked. Verges to be finished with fibre cement barge boards.

Roof Lights:
Incorporate 40 no. 1.525m corrugated 2.40kg/m² GRP profile 6 rooflights in roof cladding positioned to suit customer’s requirements.

Rainwater Goods:
Eaves gutter to be 160 on the side with 2 no 110mm. Ø. PVC downpipes to each side. All gutters to be PVC with rubber sealed joints fixed to eaves beams with PVC brackets at 1m intervals and PVC down-pipe clips to stanchions.

End Cladding:
Both gable ends to be clad down to 2.890m (9`6``) below eaves level, with 150 x 25 tanalised timber Yorkshire boarding on 125 x 75 tanalised timber sheeting rails.

Side Cladding:
One side to be clad down to 2.890m (9`6``) below eaves level, with 150 x 25 tanalised timber Yorkshire boarding on 125 x 75 tanalised timber sheeting rails.
