At Robinsons we place particular importance on the promotion of health, safety and well-being of all those employed by the company, visitors or any person who may use or work in the company premises or on site.

CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. We have been awarded our accreditation from CHAS as we have demonstrated compliance with, and sound management of current health and safety legislation.

We have also been awarded accreditation from Safecontractor for commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety. Safecontractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors.

In addition, we are now a certified registered supplier with Constructionline; the UK's leading procurement and supply chain management service.

Constructionline collect, verify and monitor standard company information through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91:2013 and offer a range of allied services and opportunities. To become a certified member, we had to show that we met their detailed and rigorous qualification criteria, where we had to demonstrate our professional conduct, health & safety practices, previous experience and financial success.   

We continually review our management systems to ensure that we can display best practices of our industry and ensure legal compliance. We will not under any circumstances compromise the health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce. We also ensure that any sub-contractors working with us must provide us with a copy of their Safety Policy and a meeting will take place before any work commences to discuss the health and safety considerations that must be observed and actioned before any work can take place.
